Company verification
Registration, operating address, bank-account ownership, licences, mandates and sector evidence are submitted once for the company. Approved evidence contributes to the company Verification Passport and Trust Score.
ATIX separates company evidence from the identity of the people who use the company account. A company can build one Verification Passport while every owner and team member keeps an individual, secure login and completes their own identity review.
Membership, company verification and the public Trust Score belong to the company. Identity verification belongs to each individual user and is never shared as a company document.

The primary company owner has their own ATIX login and their own identity review. Being the company owner does not replace personal identity verification.
Every additional company user has a separate login and individual identity review. Team members do not re-upload the company's registration or sector documents.
Company roles determine what a verified person may do. Identity approval confirms the person; the company role controls their permissions.
Primary accountable company user. Can manage company verification, profile, billing, trading and company team subject to identity verification.
Can help manage company profile, verification, billing and team access after their individual identity is approved.
Can use trading tools after individual identity approval, but does not manage the company's Verification Passport.
Read-only company access. Cannot submit company evidence or perform company actions.
The primary owner creates or is attached to one company record.
Authorised owner/admin users submit each required company evidence type once.
Decisions, reviewer notes, rejection reasons and expiry dates are recorded.
Owners and team members complete their own identity verification for action access.
A Verified status confirms only the evidence checks shown in the Verification Passport. Membership fees do not buy approval, and identity verification does not guarantee the accuracy of every company statement or future transaction.
